This product uses food-grade PP material as the core raw material of the box body, strictly following the national food safety standard GB 4806.7-2016. The raw materials are all purchased from qualified regular suppliers. Before entering the factory, they need to go through three inspections (no impurities in appearance, odor detection, and heavy metal content detection) to ensure that the material has no odor, no harmful plasticizers, and no heavy metal precipitation. It has strong toughness, impact resistance, and is not easy to break, adapting to the possible collision scenarios during children's use. The sealing ring of the box cover is made of food-grade silica gel, and the production raw materials meet the standard GB 4806.11-2016, which is soft, elastic, and not easy to age, providing a basic guarantee for the sealed preservation of meals. The cartoon printing ink adopts children's special environmentally friendly water-based ink, which is odorless, non-irritating, and has strong adhesion. It is not easy to fall off after high-temperature curing, eliminating the potential hidden dangers of printing materials to children's health.

　　The core production and processing link adopts standardized assembly line operations to achieve dual improvement of mass production efficiency and product precision. The box body is produced by an integrated injection molding process, using a high-precision injection molding machine, with the mold precision controlled within ±0.01mm. The injection temperature is strictly controlled at 180-220℃, and the injection pressure is maintained at 80-100MPa to ensure that the box body is regularly formed, without burrs and bubbles, the thickness of the box body is uniform (standard thickness 2.5mm), and the corners are rounded (fillet radius R3mm) to avoid scratching children's hands. The sealing structure is produced by an embedded assembly process, which accurately embeds the silica gel sealing ring into the sealing groove of the box cover and fixes it by pressing with automatic equipment to ensure tight sealing, no looseness and no falling off, effectively preventing meal soup leakage and taste mixing, and adapting to children's carrying out.

　　The cartoon printing production link is the core feature of this product, adopting high-precision screen printing + high-temperature curing process to achieve clear, durable and safe cartoon patterns. Before printing, the surface of the box body is subjected to electrostatic dust removal and polishing to improve ink adhesion. The printing process uses automatic printing equipment with accurate pattern positioning and an error of ≤0.03mm. Various popular cartoon images can be printed according to market demand. The color matching conforms to children's aesthetics, the pattern resolution is ≥300dpi, the color is full and the restoration degree is high. After printing, it is cured at 120℃ for 30 minutes to ensure that the ink is closely combined with the box body, friction-resistant and washable (no falling off after 50 times of repeated washing). At the same time, high-temperature sterilization is carried out to further ensure the safety of the printing link and avoid the hidden danger of ink falling off and being eaten by mistake.

　　The quality inspection link runs through the entire production process, realizing three-level checks: "raw material inspection - semi-finished product inspection - finished product inspection". Raw material inspection focuses on verifying the compliance of materials to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the factory. Semi-finished product inspection conducts random inspections on injection molding, sealing assembly and printing effect, and unqualified products are reworked immediately. Finished product inspection covers various indicators such as appearance, size, sealing performance, high temperature resistance (-10℃ to 100℃ without deformation), printing adhesion, and harmful substance precipitation. The random inspection ratio of each batch of products is not less than 5%, and the products can leave the factory only after passing the inspection, ensuring that each product meets the safety standards. At the same time, the production process strictly follows the ISO 9001 quality management system, standardizes the production process, controls production loss, and the qualified rate of mass production is ≥98.5%, balancing production efficiency and product quality.

On the basis of standardized production, the detailed design is optimized: the box body is designed as a lightweight structure (single weight ≤200g), which is easy for children to carry. It can produce two specifications: single-layer and double-layer according to needs. The double-layer model is equipped with a detachable partition, which is convenient for classifying and holding staple foods, vegetables and fruits, adapting to the needs of children's meal matching. The box cover is designed to be opened by pressing, with moderate strength, which can be easily opened by children, and is equipped with a portable handle for easy carrying out. The production process focuses on the concept of environmental protection, selects recyclable PP materials, and the production waste is recycled and reprocessed to reduce resource waste, conforming to the trend of green production, which not only meets the needs of children's use, but also realizes the environmental compliance of the production link.
