High-power stamping and welding processes are the core links in the forming of empty caviar tinplate boxes, which directly determine the structural stability and sealing performance of the product, and are also the core embodiment of power empowerment. High-power-driven fine polishing and intelligent quality inspection further improve product quality and production efficiency, highlighting the high-end positioning. In the polishing link, a 10KW high-power fully automatic grinding machine is adopted with multiple groups of grinding heads working synchronously and constant power output, which can quickly remove burrs, weld marks and rough marks generated in the stamping and welding links. The polishing efficiency is improved by more than 50%, making the surface of the empty caviar tinplate box delicate and warm, smooth to the touch, without any scratching hazards, and optimizing the box body lines to enhance the high-end texture of the product.
