  The preservation of tea and the protection of its quality lie in blocking external environmental interference.   Structural forming technology is the core highlight of the hexagonal tin box. Different from traditional round and square cans, the hexagonal shape is realized through precision stamping technology, which requires more than 15 stamping processes, including cutting, bending, forming, and curling, with each process precision controlled within 0.1 millimeters. The design of the hexagonal structure is not merely an aesthetic consideration; its hexagonal symmetrical structure can disperse force, improve the pressure resistance of the can body, and facilitate stacking and storage to save space. The connection between the can body and the can lid is formed by integrated stamping, combined with a precision thread or embedded sealing structure, ensuring tight connection and laying the foundation for sealing protection.

  Sealing protection technology is the key to ensuring tea preservation. It adopts a double sealing process, with a food-grade silicone sealing ring built into the can lid, which precisely engages with the can mouth. Combined with the thread hammer point sealing process, it can control the tea moisture loss rate within 5%, effectively blocking oxygen, moisture, and light, and avoiding tea oxidation, moisture absorption, and mold growth. Test data shows that this sealing technology can keep more than 90% of the flavor activity of easily oxidized teas within 12 months of storage. In addition, the surface of the can body is treated with film coating, spray painting and other protective treatments, using CMYK or spot color printing technology, combined with matte, pearlescent and other surface effects, which not only improves wear resistance and rust resistance, but also realizes customized pattern presentation.

  Environmental protection and reusability technology further enhance product value. Both tin and tinplate are 100% recyclable materials, in line with the concept of green environmental protection, and can be reused many times without affecting the sealing performance. At the same time, the production process adopts solvent-free printing and environmental protection coatings to reduce environmental pollution, taking into account production efficiency and ecological protection, and realizing the coordinated development of technical practicality and environmental protection.
