As the core carrier of high-end luxury food ingredients, high end caviar metal packaging directly determines the storage quality, transportation safety and terminal appearance of caviar. The losses of high end caviar metal packaging are mainly divided into three types: process loss, physical loss and performance loss. Physical loss runs through the whole process of warehousing and cold chain logistics. Caviar is stored and transported at low temperature throughout the whole process. Temperature and humidity fluctuations will cause slight thermal expansion and contraction of metal packaging, and long-term stacking pressure is prone to cause tank depression and cover misalignment. In addition, high-end metal packaging has no redundant buffer tolerance. Transportation jolts and handling bumps will cause appearance damage and sealing structure failure, which will not only lose the packaging itself, but also lead to moisture and oxidation deterioration of caviar, causing associated ingredient losses. According to industry data, the loss of high-end ingredients caused by physical damage to packaging accounts for more than 35%.
Performance loss is the invisible core loss. During long-term storage, the aging of sealing rings, oxidation of coatings and attenuation of air tightness of metal packaging will gradually lose the fresh-keeping and protective performance. Although there is no obvious damage, it will lead to the loss of caviar flavor and shortened shelf life, resulting in implicit economic losses. In view of the above loss problems, it is necessary to reduce the whole-process losses in an all-round way by optimizing precision production processes, installing buffer protection structures, building intelligent cold chain monitoring systems, and adopting nano-protective coatings, so as to balance high-end texture and practical protection, and achieve dual improvement of quality and efficiency.
