All products adopt industrial-grade high-quality food and gift special tinplate substrates, with national standard thickened plates of 0.20mm to 0.25mm adapted to different product specifications. After raw materials enter the factory, the quality inspection department conducts item-by-item thickness detection, hardness test, rust resistance test and flatness screening to eliminate defective plates with warpage, impurities and uneven thickness, fundamentally avoiding problems such as finished product deformation, peeling and easy rusting. The substrate surface is professionally pretreated with degreasing, derusting and polishing to remove the surface oxide layer and stains, laying a solid foundation for subsequent printing, baking and laminating processes, and ensuring stronger adhesion and uniform texture of the surface layer to meet the production material standards of high-end packaging.

　　The core forming process adopts a fully automatic precision integrated stamping production line with special process optimization for square regularity and integrated hinge structure. Different from the split assembly process of ordinary tin boxes which is prone to loose opening and closing, uneven gaps and falling off hinges, our factory adopts an integrated stamping and bending process to integrate the box body, box cover and hinge without additional welding and splicing. CNC dies are used for precise positioning, controlling the length and width error of the square box body within ±0.1mm. The box corners adopt arc passivation stamping technology to eliminate burrs and sharp edges, making the box square and regular with smooth edges. For the core window structure, laser precision cutting is adopted instead of traditional punching, ensuring smooth, deformation-free cutting edges and accurately sized windows that fit perfectly with transparent PVC and PET windows for a tight and seamless fit.

　　Window bonding and hinge debugging are the key quality control processes in production, which directly determine the product use experience and durability. After edge trimming and dust removal of the cut window, fully automatic high-pressure laminating equipment is used to bond the transparent film with high-strength environmental protection glue and constant temperature curing technology, preventing film blistering, warping and falling off. Meanwhile, it ensures the window is high-definition and transparent without scratches or impurities, perfectly displaying the internal products. The hinge is shaped by multiple bending and forging, and the tightness is calibrated through repeated mechanical opening and closing tests to ensure smooth and unobstructed opening and closing. The box fits tightly with uniform gaps after closing, effectively preventing dust and moisture from entering and improving the sealing and protection performance.

　　In terms of surface technology and customized production, full-process automatic coating and printing equipment is adopted for standardized operation. The tin box substrate supports various processes such as matte baking finish, bright film coating, frosted texture, color spot printing, CMYK full-color printing and embossing. All inks and coatings are environmentally friendly and lead-free, complying with international standards such as EU ROHS and food contact safety. Operations are carried out in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity dust-free workshop to avoid production defects such as dust adsorption, printing color difference and paint particles. Mass-produced products feature uniform color and texture without obvious color difference or process defects. Meanwhile, customized production services including size adjustment, logo customization, pattern customization and window shape customization are available. Rapid mold opening and sample making can be realized according to customer drawings and samples to meet differentiated production needs of various industries.
