  The traceless welding and edge finishing technology unifies the structural stability and mirror aesthetic of the box, realizing the integration of structural performance and texture. Ordinary stainless steel boxes adopt spot welding and rough welding processes with protruding welding spots, obvious weld lines and heavy polishing traces, which seriously damage the overall mirror texture. Moreover, welding gaps are prone to dirt accumulation and moisture rusting, shortening the service life. This product adopts precision seamless welding technology for full sealing welding at splicing positions. The welding temperature and current are precisely controlled to perfectly integrate weld metal with the substrate without false welding, missing welding or protruding welding spots. After welding, local layered refined polishing and restoration are carried out for welding seams to polish flat areas and restore transparent mirror texture, realizing unified texture on the entire plate surface, corners and splicing positions with visually traceless and tactile seamless effects. Meanwhile, the box edges adopt manual refined rounded corner polishing through multiple fine grinding procedures, presenting smooth and burr-free edges.   The post electrochemical finishing and anti-oxidation treatment upgrades the durability of the mirror surface, solving the industry pain points of easy oxidation, luster loss and fingerprint residue of mirror metal.
