Structural angle design is the core of Fresh Lock Vacuum Tin to realize vacuum fresh keeping. All bending angles, fastening angles and sealing ring fitting angles are standardized after thousands of times of mold debugging without random production, eliminating hidden dangers of sealing failure. The main box body adopts standard 90° vertical bending angle in the industry to ensure an overall regular shape, which is suitable for shelf display, bulk storage and automatic loading equipment. Meanwhile, the regular right-angle structure maximizes the internal storage space and holds more dried materials without wasting packaging space.
Different from ordinary tin boxes, this vacuum fresh lock tin box optimizes three key sealing angles to build a comprehensive vacuum protection barrier. Firstly, the box mouth adopts a dedicated 16° inward flanging angle. Unlike the outward flanging design of ordinary tin boxes, the inward inclined structure fits the silicone sealing ring perfectly without gaps or extrusion deformation, avoiding air leakage caused by sealing ring offset. Secondly, the lid adopts a 7° progressive pressing closing angle. The opening and closing process is gradual without hard collision of buckles, which protects the sealing ring from wear and tear, and discharges redundant air inside the box to form a near-vacuum storage environment when the lid is pressed tightly. Thirdly, the side locking buckles adopt a 22° limiting fixing angle. The buckles can clamp the box edge accurately after closing, avoiding bouncing off caused by over-looseness or difficult opening caused by over-tightness, and maintain stable fastening angles after repeated opening and closing for a long time.
Accurate angle design alone is not sufficient. Strict full-process precision control is the key to consistent fresh-keeping performance of every Fresh Lock Vacuum Tin. Vacuum airtight tin boxes have much higher requirements for process precision than ordinary packaging tin boxes. Ordinary industrial tin boxes allow an angle error of ±0.4°, while this vacuum fresh lock tin box strictly controls all-point angle error within ±0.08°, reaching the precision control standard of precision hardware accessories. Even a tiny angle deviation of 0.3° will cause fitting gaps of sealing rings and loose lid closure, directly breaking the vacuum environment and leading to rapid moisture deterioration of food materials.
In addition to angle error control, we also implement three-dimensional precision control including dimensional tolerance, flatness and coaxiality: the flatness error of the box mouth is controlled within 0.1mm to prevent unilateral air leakage caused by box mouth warping; the coaxiality error between lid and box body is limited within 0.15mm to ensure uniform gaps and consistent sealing force around the box; meanwhile, unified springback compensation parameters for tinplate bending are adopted to offset the natural bending springback error of tinplate and avoid inconsistent angles of bulk products. Three quality inspection procedures are set up throughout production: angle calibration before mold operation, sampling precision detection every 20 minutes during production, and 100% air tightness inspection for finished products. Both angle and precision are double controlled to prevent defective products from delivery fundamentally.
